Do you do free airport transfers?

Yes, if you fly in during business hours 7.30am to 5.30pm weekdays or 7.30am to 2.30pm weekends we can pick you up for free. Our office is located 7 minutes from the airport. Please call us upon arrival and we will explain to you where to meet us for your transfer back to our office.

Can you pick up the car directly at the airport?

Yes, there is a $30 charge for collection at the airport and a $30 charge if you wish to drop the car at the airport in our designated car park upon return? You must indicate this on your online booking form. We will also need you to print out the contract and sign and send back to us. You will also need to send through a picture of your licence and credit card.

What is the security deposit?

We accept all major credit cards. When you arrive, we will ask for a signed blank imprint of your credit card which is all we take as security. No funds are preauthorised. If you do not have a credit card and only have a Visa debit or Mastercard debit card, then you will be required to leave a preauthorisation of $2500 if you decline to reduce your excess. If you do reduce your excess, then we will only take a signed imprint and no preauthorisation is necessary.

How do I pay online?

If you choose to book and pay online and receive the 5% discount you must proceed through to PayPal and pay for the car when it directs you to Pay now with Pay Pal. You must enter your credit card details once into our booking engine and then again into PayPal. If you do not do this the booking will be deleted after one hour of Non-payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still check out as a guest and Pay for the hire car.
